Here I shall post a drawing that I made- you might notice over the ext few posts that my drawings are all pretty similar, simply being because I am not creative enough to draw better things. So here's one of the earlier ones that I drew.

Newspaper Nails

Here's a little something I did with my nails recently. I saw it on tumblr and immediately got down to business :)
So, step 1: paint your nails a light base coat, and allow to completely dry. Please please allow them to dry- important step.
Step 2: dip/ smother a nail in rubbing/ denatured alcohol, then press newspaper/ Archie comics or wtv on the nail and leave for around 10-20 seconds (? Up to you)
Step 3: remove the paper carefully, and apply a top clear coat.
Voila! Newspaper nails!

I've been doing a lot of crafty things lately- and I stumbled across my old book while clearing up my cupboard. Thus the Klutz paper fashion book got another airing- and I came up with around 6 cards ready to be attached to a present or to be sent off to a lucky receiver :) Here's one I'm particularly proud of:

Microfibre Pencilcase

Basically, I saw a friend carrying around this smiggle pencilcase, looking exactly like the microfibre cleaners that I saw from Daiso for $2 the day before. And thus another dream to add to my 'must make before I die' list was born- the pencilcase out of the cleaning thingies. I will update you all when I get round to making it :)

Keyboard Ring

Here is a KEYBOARD RING that I made yesterday.
It's really simple really, all you need is a keyboard, a ring base and some glue. I haven't quite worked out which glue is suited for it the best, but I'm trying first with superglue.
The keyboard bit was actually the hardest part. I had to pry apart the keyboard with a screwdriver, which took some effort. I've tried doing this to both a laptop and a computer keyboard, and the keys are very different, as you may imagine. The laptop keys, like the one above, are flatter and thus easier to glue down. the keyboard ones are extremely fat and have this protruding bottom bit which i have no idea how I'm going to remove. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know :)

Anyway, I found ring bases at this stall in Little India, and just glued the two together. :) I've made keyboard rings before, just not with the bought base, I used one of my own rings that had broken,
So yeah. I do take orders for these rings, simple as they may be. The hassle is finding the keyboard and taking out the letters. At the moment there is limited stock cos there are only 26 letters on the keyboard (!), but there's always the other keys- i think insert, delete and esc would make interesting rings.
Newsflash- my skin reacted a bit to the glue I used so I just stuck a little bit of tape on the back, no one can see it, and it helps to cover the glue bit so it doesn't get itchy. :) Voila ~ enjoy >.<

Okay, I've moved on, and I think I should do something respectable with my blog now.
So I've decided to start putting up things that I make- from notebooks, designs, crafts, jewelry, whatever my somewhat creative mind throws at me.
I shall begin today. :)

Hey all again.
i love thor.
sorry, random thought. cos moving watching today is for X-men First Class. But I'd rather watch something like thor, or incredibles. in fact, I might just do that. Stay at home and watch the incredibles. or some other awesome classic movie.
i'm busy trying to sell my stuff that's been hanging round in my house for ages. Anybody want a build-a-bear doll? or some barbies? or a kid's golf set? :D
i seriously need to do some updating to my blog. I kinda wanna change the theme, or whatever you call it, but i'm scared that if I do, I'll mess the whole thing up and I have no idea how to fix it back again. o.o so i'm tempted to leave it just as it is, tho its not as fun.

Woah it's like 3 years down the road and i just rediscovered my blog. so happy i could actually sign in. :)

I don't even know why I started a blog in the first place, its not as if i ever have time to go and post random things. Facebook is more happening these days anyway.

anywho, i was reading through my old posts and i noticed how much i've changed since well 3 years back. yeah sure, you might say, of course i've changed, grown up and all that jazz, but i can really put my finger on it that it's only been in the past year that i feel i've really hit teen age. don't ask me why, i'm still trying to see if i can put a source to it, but i think that sec 3 in general was the cause. :)

now after i've awoken this blog, i shall go back to studying.
